Supports Neafs Sticks and all brands of Tobacco-based Sticks.

Warranty information

The TEO warranty lasts for 12 months, As well as your 12-month warranty, register your NEAFS device online to benefit from care you can count on, including our Accidental Damage Cover and free, next-day replacements.

Delivery and return

Next Day Delivery

Exclusions include: Public Holidays,Circumstances outside our control (such as weather conditions)

Orders over £100 (and placed before 1500 hr) will be sent on a Next Working Day service Via DPD also with Free Delivery.

We also have an option for someone to upgrade to Next Working Day with DPD should their order be under £100. (This will incur a charge of £5.99 per order).

Two day delivery 

Two Day Delivery Areas A two day delivery service is provided to the following areas, excluding weekends.

Orders under £50 will be charged at £3.99 and shipped out with Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service. 

Orders over £50 and up to £100 will be sent free delivery again via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked. 

All orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Returns Information

You may return unopened items sold and fulfilled by NEAFS within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

All returns are inspected upon receipt, and appropriate refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

Please complete the return section of the delivery note and include it in your parcel to ensure your exchange or refund can be processed.

Does your TEO work with HEETS? is it the same with IQOS？

The TEO has the same heating systerm and heating balde with IQOS 2.4, IQOS 3, IQOS DUO (Not same as IQOS 4).

How can I check the charge level of the battery?

Unlock the TEO device, Press the power button briefly and the LED will
illuminate to indicate

Yellow - 30% or less power remaining
White - 30% to 100% power remaining

The Power indicator during charge status:

Yellow - insufficient power
White - over 50% charged
Off - fully charged
